But Lydia Bright, 28, looked fresh as she enjoyed a well deserved rest before flying home, wearing a black triangle bikini with tassle detailing.
The TOWIE star showed off her unbelievably defined abs in the snap posted on Saturday, looking tanned and happy with her blonde tresses pulled off her face.
Lydia also wore a pair of wayfarer sunglasses and silver necklace, alongside turquoise nail polish.
The blonde explained that she was about to take a dip to ease her muscles after her expedition, before flying back to the UK.
