PF’s Paul Moonga making empty promising to villagers in Chilanga constituency as part of the by-election campaigns.

He is promising villagers relief food, clinics, schools, employment, electricity and to put all elderly people on payroll.

He has also told villagers that a lot of PF MPs will not be adopted in 2021.
