Should Western museums return African artefacts, spoils from the colonial era, to their original homes? French President Emmanuel Macron made the bold vow last year, pledging to repatriate African art held in public collections - but the move doesn't come easy. Most museums refuse to give up the treasures, which they say already have a home.
