On January 6 I had the opportunity to visit the Sixth Annual Big Swamp Smoke-Off Bar-B-Que competition. A large contingent of the country's top cook BBQ teams arrived in Naples, Florida to compete as the top BBQ cooks.

This two day event offers activities for the whole family plus a it gives visits the opportunity to partake in the People's Choise Award by sampling all the professional BBQ teams tasty pork and place your vote.
They also have delicious craft beer from breweries in the area and a over a dozen vendors selling BBQ. My father and I had the opportunity to try chicken, ribs, brisket and pork from a few of the competitors and I have to say I was blown away!
