The deadly and rare Nikah virus has suspected to killed over 12 people in north Kerala's Kozhikode district. The central and state government have taken every possible measure to stop the epidemic from spreading. A team from the National Centre for Disease Control in Delhi reached Kozhikode and has set up control rooms in all government and private hospitals in the district to monitor the spread of the infection.
