Ingredients for Mango base:
2 Raw Mangoes
3/4 tsp - Asafoetida
1 tbsp - cumin powder
Black salt to taste
Water
1) Ingredients for Khatta Aam Panna:
Ice cubes
Mango base
Water
2) Ingredients for Sweet Aam Panna:
3 tbsp - Water
2 cups - jaggery
Ice cubes
Water
Mango base
3) Minty Aam Panna:
Sweetened pulp
Ice cubes
Mint leaves
Water
Method of preparation for base pulp:
Take 2 raw mangoes and put them on the pan.
Cover it with a vessel and roast it on both sides till it's charred.
Make few cuts in the Mango and keep them aside for cooling.
Keep a vessel to heat on the gas and roast the asafoetida.
Scrap out all the pulp from the mango nicely.
In a mixer jar add the mango pulp, roasted asafoetida, cumin powder, Black salt and water. Grind them well.
1)In a glass add some ice cubes, mango concentrate, water and mix them well. Our Khatta Aam Panna is ready.
2) In a vessel, heat water, add jaggery and cook it till the jaggery melts.
Add the syrup to the base pulp and mix it well.
In a glass add ice cubes, concentrate and water. Mix them well.
Our Sweet Aam Panna is ready.
3)In a mixer jar take some of the sweetened pulp, mint leaves and water. Grind them well.
In a glass add some ice cubes, mint concentrate, water and give it a good mix. Our Minty Aam Panna is ready.
