White House Releases Coin For Trump-Kim Summit

The White House on Monday released a coin for the upcoming meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong-un.
The White House has created a commemorative coin for the upcoming U.S.-North Korea summit, reports The Hill.
Tweeted images show one side features the profiles of both nations' leaders and identifies them as "President Donald J. Trump," and, "Supreme Leader Kim Jong-Un."
The reverse side of the coin shows Air Force One flying over the White House.
The meeting between the two leaders is scheduled to take place on June 12, but North Korea has expressed uncertainty about whether it will participate or ultimately agree to its denuclearization.
Newsweek reports that a statement released by the Asian nation Wednesday, reads, in part, "If the U.S. is trying to drive us into a corner to force our unilateral nuclear abandonment, we will no longer be interested in such dialogue."
It also notes that economic aid will not be considered an adequate exchange for the abandonment of the nuclear program.
The New York Times reported on Sunday that after the release of the statement, Trump has "begun pressing his aides and allies about whether he should take the risk of proceeding with [the] historic meeting...according to administration and foreign officials."
