Ahead of the swearing-in, JDS leader HD Kumaraswamy will meet Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in Delhi today to discuss the modalities of government formation. The JDS and Congress are likely to discuss on the power sharing formula and the portfolios to be allocated. Speculations are rife the JDS is seeking the big pie of the portfolios with home, PWD, energy and Bengaluru development in its kitty.
