8 oz pineapple chunks\r
2 small tomatoes\r
4 oz elephant ear steam\r
6 oz bean sprouts\r
6-8 sprigs rice paddy herb\r
6-8 sprigs sawtooth herb\r
6 cups chicken stock \r
1 Tbsp sugar\r
2 Tbsp fish sauce\r
1/8 tsp ground black pepper\r
3 oz wet tamarind\r
1 cup hot water\r
