Two children were rescued from a sinking car - after the driver forgot to put the handbrake on. The kids' father had parked the SUV next to the harbour in and was about to board a ferry before he stepped outside leaving the brake unlocked. The car rolled back into the water and passers-by jumped in to save the youngsters.
