The product claims that you can fill 40 balloons at a time, with very little effort. (We all know the struggle of filling and tying off hundreds of water balloons before a water fight!) Each balloon is injected with red, blue, or green color and creates a color spot on clothing when it explodes so you can visibly see your target get hit. \r
