Intense Hail Storm Leads to Flooding in New York

Info from Licensor: "I was at work at a hardware store when the storm started. I was upstairs putting some stuff away when the windows started to get pelted with hail and that's when I started recording. It went by fast and I just went back to work. I saw a light bulb was flickering, so I changed it and as I was my friend texted me asking 'do you see all of this?' I had no idea until I walked outside what she was talking about. I then instantly started filming."
