Regime retakes control of central Syria as rebels evacuate

Hundreds of people gather in the centre of the town of Rastan, in Syria's Homs province, as government security forces hold a flag-raising ceremony on the main square, after rebels and their relatives were evacuated from final pockets of territory still outside the regime's grasp.
