A well-built man in China has been filmed performing impressive callisthenics along an imaginary bar.
The cool video shows the man showing off his moves while keeping himself aloft on a horizontal bar in a residential estate in Jieyang City in southern China's Guangdong Province in 2017.
According to reports, the man has been perfecting his workout routine for at least five years.
He said it felt good combining the horizontal bar with dance.
