Queen gives seal of approval to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding

Queen Elizabeth has given Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming wedding her blessing.
The 92-year-old royal has given her official approval to the marriage in an Instrument of Consent,
which is a hand-written document that will be given to the loved-up couple after they tie the knot.
In a statement, the Palace explained some of the imagery incorporated in the document,
which includes the rose, the national flower of the United States
and two golden poppies, the state flower of California where Meghan was born.
Prince Harry and Meghan will tie the knot at Windsor Castle on May 19.
