DIY Rolling Shop Stool - Creeper Style

This is a small present for my husbands upcoming birthday. He is always having to sit on his shop floor when he works on his four wheelers because his current shop stool doesnt get him low enough to the ground. So I decided to try my hand at making him a stool that will be low to the ground but still rolls around. \r
