Empress Schuck and Pokwang in a painful and heartwarming Maalaala Mo Kaya Mother's Day special episode which tells a story of Corazon, an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker) in Italy, who endures all challenges to provide a better life to her daughter Tet.

Episode Synopsis:

Tet (Empress Schuck) lives a rather comfortable life in the Philippines while her mother Corazon (Pokwang) is working in Italy. However, like many children before her, Tet cannot help but feel like her mother has left her behind. Soon after graduating college, Tet insists on joining Corazon in Italy. As an illegal immigrant crossing through the country's borders, Tet goes through a horrifying situation. However, Tet realizes that her experience pales in comparison to what her mother has been through and sacrificed for the sake of their family over the years.
