Bad news for Blac Chyna as part of her lawsuit against the Kardashian family is being dismissed.



The model took legal action against the relatives of her former fiance Rob Kardashian, and claimed they tried to destroy her career and forced E! to cancel her reality show 'Rob &Chyna'.



But according to reports, a judge insisted the famous family weren't responsible, because the network had every right not to continue the series.



Chyna argued E! "effectively" took up an option for a second season by announcing it would air and started shooting scenes, but the judge ruled that wasn't enough and she would need something in writing to prove the obligation.



However Chyna is able to amend and resubmit the lawsuit, and her other allegations against Kris Jenner and some of her daughters are still going ahead.
