TESDA’s Liza Gawe gives Lola Virgie’s son Noel Atibagos a scholarship grant. Lola Virgie’s children Noel and Rubina Razon look back on their past, while Lola Virgie talks about her late husband and the rest of her children. The program provides the materials needed to fix the roof of Lola Virgie’s home, and a safer place for her to sell as she shares the dangers of being an illegal sidewalk vendor along Kamuning, Quezon City.
