Company representatives are to appear in a federal court in Washington, D.C. Wednesday.
Concord Management and Consulting LLC is accused of engaging in criminal and espionage conspiracy.
They allegedly tampered in the U.S. race to boost candidate Trump and disparage Hillary Clinton.
