Costa Rica`s New President Inaugurated

In Costa Rica, Carlos Alvarado has been sworn-in as the nation's new President.
38-year-old Alvarado promised a "plural" and inclusive government.
The election was very decisive, especially when it came to LGBT issues.
During his inaugural speech Alvarado, said he will face the biggest challenges ahead with the support of the people, and his Vice President Epsy Campbell.
