Day Trip to the Gorge | TDB

We set out along a crystal clear creek in the middle of a rainforest in hope to find an eel to spear and cook up. Unfortunately having no luck in spearing one, or catching the freshwater prawns we were seeing, we were extremely excited to come across a snake we have been searching for, for literally years! The Highly Venomous Redbelly Black Snake!! Although it was a juvenile, it can still deliver the same deadly dose of venom as a fully grown one, so we had to be careful..\r

The rest of the day was spent celebrating we survived the catch, by jumping off a large gorge into the beautiful rainforest water. Subscribe if you want to see more of our videos here at the gorge or back at home.\r
