In his second rally in Raichur, PM launched an all-out attack on Congress; said Congress was blocking Parliament because of its Anti-Dalit mindset. Earlier, during his first rally in Chitradurga, PM stirred the Tipu Sultan row, he said 'Congress often insults great leaders and instead celebrates Jayanti's of Sultans'. The PM will be addressing 2 more rallies in the state each in Jamakhandi and Hubbali. BJP President Amit Shah too is expected to address a few meetings in the poll-bound state.
