Episode Synopsis:
As a polio-stricken young man, Ven (Enchong Dee) maintains a positive disposition in life. Despite his physical disability, his ever-loving parents Gregorio (Epy Quizon) and Honorata (Ina Raymundo) allow Ven to pursue his dream of finishing his studies and becoming an engineer. Because of poverty, however, Ven has to put his schooling on hold and help his father support his younger siblings. Soon, Ven's world is shaken when his mother dies of a crippling disease. Still inconsolable over this bereavement, Ven makes a way to surpass this ordeal and find his way out of the darkness.
