Dallas Wings Media Day 2018: Skylar Diggins-Smith

ARLINGTON, TEXAS — In the 2017 season, Skylar Diggins-Smith played all 34 games of the season and returned back to peak form. Diggins-Smith scored a season-high 30 points along with a franchise record 7 three-pointers in a 81-69 win over the San Antonio Stars and voted into the 2017 WNBA All-Star Game.

Diggins-Smith finished the 2017 season averaging 18.5 point per game as well as a career-high in assists and rebounds, helping the Wings reach the playoffs as the number 7 seed in the league. In her first career playoff game, Diggins-Smith scored 15 points in a losing effort to the Washington Mystics of the first round elimination game.

The Dallas Wings tip-off the regular season on the road against the phoenix mercury Friday, May 18th. The Wings play in the Western Conference in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).
