Demi Lovato fractures foot

Demi Lovato has fractured her foot. Ouch!

The singer revealed on Twitter that she injured her foot whilst walking down the stairs in Bali. Not quite the trip she hoped for!

The incident happened while Demi was on a break from her world tour.

And while Demi's physical health isn't in too great because of her fractured foot, her mental health seems to be better than ever.

It was previously revealed that Demi has even inspired her mother Diana De La Garza to tackle her own mental health issues.
