AG tells SC; draft has been placed before cabinet but due to Karnataka elections, PM and ministers are in Karnataka; request to hear the matter after polls. AG also tells SC that cabinet had to approve draft and so this is the reason why we have not constituted the committee. TN govt tells SC that centre is politicising the issue coz of K'taka polls. They are taking it lightly. Ag says we want 10 days time.
