Two Top U.S. EPA Staffers Resign Amid Scott Pruitt Ethics Probes

Two high level Environmental Protection Agency employees have resigned, the EPA confirmed Tuesday. Both employees names have come up in ongoing probes into Administrator Scott Pruitt’s ongoing ethics and travel probes. Pasquale “Nino” Perotta, a former Secret Service agent was the head of Pruitt’s security team. Perotta said he will continue to cooperate in an investigation into his role in costly decisions around Pruitt’s security.
