The move comes less than three weeks after Thompson was allegedly caught cheating on Kim’s sister Khloe, his then-pregnant fiance. According to E! News, the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family still follows him, including Khloe. Kim spoke to Ellen DeGeneres last week about the cheating allegations.
