Don't get us wrong - we love our country and have a lot of 'desh prem' in us, but this is one cultural institution we could happily see banished from India!
Our naughty camera captured an Indian man scratching his derriere in public at the Sonepur cattle fair in Bihar, India. Only in India!
Standing next to a cow that almost looks better behaved, this man needs a little etiquette training.
