South Korea's defense ministry announced Monday that it will start dismantling propaganda loudspeakers set up along the inter-Korean border from Tuesday.
The measure is part of the attempts to implement the Panmunjom Declaration,... in which the two Koreas agreed to stop broadcasting propaganda and distributing leaflets along the inter-Korean border from May first.
The ministry spokesperson said the South Korean military is maintaining its utmost readiness and preparedness,... while it will do its best to implement Friday's agreement.
