Bill Cosby Ordered to House Arrest and GPS Monitoring On Friday, Judge Steve O’Neil filed a request for the 80-year-old comedian to stay in his Philadelphia home and to be fitted with GPS monitoring. Per the order, Cosby would need permission to leave his home to meet with lawyers or seek medical treatment. On Thursday, Cosby was convicted on three counts of felony indecent assault. He faces up to 10 years in prison for each count, but it is not clear whether he will serve those sentences consecutively. Cosby is currently free on $1 million bail on a charge of drugging and raping a Temple University employee, Andrea Constand, in 2004.
