In the CCTV video, shot on April 23, a suitcase sliding down an escalator knocks a 50-year-old woman on her back.
The luggage's owner failed to hold onto her suitcase, causing the incident.
The injured commuter was sent to a hospital, and her head injury required a few stitches.
The luggage’s owner paid 1,500 yuan (170 GBP) for medical expenses, but she believed the subway company should also take part of the responsibility.
