we all love our late night indulgances. We love to pig out on chinese food, and watch tv. Of course now that we want to be healthy, we want to lose weight, we think this is impossible.\r

well,Im going to tell you its not. With this simple low carb recipe, you can make delicious, just as tasty as restaurant chinese fried rice. A great thing about this recipe is,that you can modify it any way you want. you can leave it vegetarian like this, you can mix in whatever vegetables you want, or meat. beef, chicken, pork. Even delcious bacon, its all good in there.\r

The best part? This rice when cooked ually stores in the refrigerator beautifully. The flavours mix, and its extra delicious the next day. Definatly a Make ahead treat!\r

what youre going to need is this:\r

1 head of cauliflower/riced\r
1 medium onion diced\r
2 cloves garlic minced\r
2 tbsps soy sauce\r
2 eggs\r
1/2 green pepper diced\r
2 cups sliced musrooms\r
3 shallots sliced\r

oil for wok/frying pan\r

salt and pepper to taste\r
