Toyota Brings 400 Jobs To Mississippi

On Thursday, Toyota announced that they will spend $170 million dollars on a Mississippi plant.
The existing location will be used to build new Corolla sedans.
The move by the Japanese auto manufacturer is expected to bring 400 jobs to the Blue Springs, Mississippi plant, within a year.
Toyota said the $170 million dollars will be used to replace the current production lines.
It will also allow them to “to produce advanced vehicles more efficiently and better adapt to changing market needs.”
