Yes the news is confirmed by Yash Raj Films on their Twitter account that Ranveer is selected to play the lead in the Yash Raj films Befikre film. The astounding thing about the film is that it will be directed by scion of Yash Raj Films, Aditya Chopra himself. The man who gave us Dilwale Dulhania Le jayenge is going to direct Befikre.
Ranveer was called in office of Aditya Chopra and when he got to know that he will be playing lead after 5 years of his debut film that was made by Yash Raj Films, he was in tears of joy.
