Kathua rape case Ruckus in court when petition admitted, sources

Sources have informed NewsX that the J&K govt has admitted its response in the SC today. In its response, the govt has said that the lawyers were sloganeering in court at the time of petition being admitted in court. Due to which the court could not admit the petition in court. It added that it was due to the ruckus in court that even the accused could not be presented in court on April 9.
