Dum? Well the movie has an interesting plot line attached to it with few good chapters in it. Due to these chapters the expectations level rises up where as the second half of the film badly fails to meet up with it. The makers could have made a great delicacy with the ingredients attached to the film but sadly ends up being a half baked dish which could be termed as thodi pakki, thodi kachchi.
