According to a new study, patients with a heart condition who walked briskly were hospitalized less often.
Researcher found that walking about two-thirds of a mile on a treadmill was inversely related to hospitalization in patients, and the quicker the pace the better.
Conducted by the European Society of Cardiology, the study focused on hypertensive patients.
