Even as the congress is mulling moving the SC in its attempts to impeach the CJI, Rajya sabha MP KTS Tulsi has said that he wasn't consulted on moving to the Supreme court.Clearly this indicates that the congress is itself not abe to keep its house in order. Even Salman khurshid had earlier said that he wasn't consulted on the impeachment move.The Congress has said that it will move the Supreme court challenging VP Naidu's order rejecting its impeachment move.BJP said that the motion against the CJI is unprecedented, ill-advised & illegal.Vice president Naidu had rejected the impeachment motion against CJI Dipak misra moved by 7 opposition parties saying that the motion indicated mere suspicion, conjecture or an assumption in the prasad education trust case and that it doesn't constitute proof beyond reasonable doubt.
