Pleasant spring weather but big temperature diffrences _ 042518

Good morning. Those of us in South Korea can expect some pleasant spring weather today, while Tokyo will see rain letting up before noon.
Two things you need to keep in mind in terms of the weather today are big gaps in temperatures and strong UV rays. Temperature differences will be as wide as 15 degrees in the capital area so dress in layers.
It's breezy outside but we are thankful to have decent air quality. Seoul and Gyeongju are waking up to 8 degrees, while those of you in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do Province are shivering under a winter-like low of 2 degrees.
But by the afternoon,... highs will skyrocket to 23 degrees in Chuncheon and most parts will also see highs in the 20's. Seoul and Gwangju will get up to 22 degrees, Gyeongju getting up to 19. Remember,... we'll have strong UV levels today so have your sunscreen handy
