A memorial was set up near Finch Avenue and Yonge Street in Toronto’s North York neighborhood on April 23, following a deadly van attack which killed at least 10 people and injured 15.A white van mounted the pavement on Yonge Street near Finch Avenue on Monday afternoon, driving southbound into pedestrians.
