Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah to contest from 2 assembly seats; BJP-JDS have a secret pact in K'taka
  • 6 years ago
After a lot of dilly dallying, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has decided to contest from a second constituency in the assembly elections. Siddu will be filing his nominations for Badami constituency on Tuesday. Sources say the decision comes after immense speculation of BJP and JDS having reached a tacit understanding to tie up CM Siddaramaiah in his home turf. The BJP too fielded a unknown face, Gopal Rao on Chamundeshwari to help JDS candidate GT Deve Gowda who is expected to throw a strong challenge to the CM.
