Convict in 1993 Bombay blast gangster Abu Salem's parole rejected by jail authorities and Navi Mumbai commissionarate. Taloja Jail Supritendent confirmed to us. Salem wrote to jail authorities seeking parole of 45 days to get married on 5th May. He has written to authorities in February. He wants to marry a Mumbra based girl Sayed Bahar Kausar alias Heena. Heena was in news for allegedly travelling with Salem from Mumbai to Lucknow in 2014. Salem's parole application was sent to thane commissioner for scrutiny as the gangster was going to stay at Heena's residence in Mumbra.
