When Jerel Nixon had the chance to visit Vancouver, British Colombia again, he knew it was the perfect opportunity to propose to his girlfriend Jacqui. He even had the spot all picked out, a beautiful view overlooking a valley. There were a few obstacles to overcome, but when the time came to pop the question, the scenery and the reaction couldn't have been more picture perfect.
