Monkey takes advantage of dog - uses him as his ride!

Is this monkey taking advantage of the dog and using him for a lifelong free ride or is it a tale of true friendship?
A stranger sight you surely never saw! This stray street dog in India has befriended a Rhesus Macaque (which seems to behave more like a blood-sucking parasite, than a friend). There is nothing symbiotic about this strange relationship. The dog carries the monkey friend around on its back and even stops to get it food and water...
Now what do you have to say to this? Only in India, surely!
