Ritzy Park ist eine neue Alternative-Rockband aus Berlin. Die Band wurde im November 2016 gegründet, nachdem sich die Wege von Sängerin Karolina, Schlagzeugerin Ylva und Bassist Per auf einer Party kreuzten. Bald danach kam Keyboarder und Backgroundsänger Elias dazu und ein Jahr später komplettierte Gitarrist Tristan die Besetzung. Der Sound von Ritzy Park lässt sich als explosiver Mix aus Grunge, Folk und 70s Hippy beschreiben. Ihr Repertoire reicht von melancholischen Balladen bis hin zu energiegeladenem Gute-Laune-Rock n' Roll. Aktuell studieren alle Bandmitglieder am BIMM Berlin, einem College das aus ganz Europa Musiker und Musik-Fans anzieht. Ritzy Park arbeitet zur Zeit an ihrer Debüt-EP, die im Juni 2018 veröffentlich wird.

Ritzy Park is an aspiring alternative rock band based in Berlin. The band was founded in November 2016, when singer Karolina met drummer Ylva at a party that was hosted by bass player Per. Shortly afterward keyboard player and backing vocalist Elias joined the trio and a year after, guitarist Tristan completed the line-up. Ritzy Park’s sound can best be described as a mixture of grunge and folk, inspired by bands like Nirvana and Fleetwood Mac. Their repertoire varies from melancholic ballads to upbeat rock n' roll. Currently all band members are studying at BIMM Berlin, a college which attracts musicians and music lovers from all over Europe. Ritzy Park is currently working on their debut EP, which will be released in June 2018.
