Are cows more important than education? The building which used to run a Govt Primary school until 4 months ago has now been turned into a Gaushala at Arundhati colony in Hyderabad. The Veeran-janeya swamy temple committee allegedly encroached upon the land, tricked the school students out and built a shelter for cows.It has been learnt that the temple committee had asked the school prinicipal to shift out the students from the building temporarily so that they could finish work of a nearby temple. Four months after vacating the school on jan 21st. Students were shocked to return to gaushala instead of a pathshaala . While temple authorities claim the land belong to them and refuse to vacate. The principal has demanded the school building back and has sought the intervention of the Telangana education minister.
