Judge Gives Criminal The 'Right To Be Forgotten'

A judge in London ruled that one businessman has a right to be forgotten...

But another one, "NT1," does not.

Justice Mark Warby's ruling allows Google to delete search results about the conviction of "NT2."

NT1 was found guilty of conspiring to improperly account in the 1990s and "has not accepted his guilt."

NT2 was reported unlikely to repeat his crime of privacy invasion.
