Two black men were arrested for 'defiant trespassing' in a Philadelphia Starbucks.
Video released on YouTube of the men's encounter with police has drawn outrage.
A white man, there to meet the two, told police the arrest was 'ridiculous.'
A lawyer says the manager called 911 for reasons "completely based on race."
The men were fingerprinted at the police station, then released for lack of evidence.
An investigation into the incident is pending.
